Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases of Flora Harmony. It is written in clear language and takes into account applicable consumer protection rules.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the Netherlands and purchase Flora Harmony via distance selling, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6, Title 5, Section 3). You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you receives the product, without giving any reason.

This right applies to consumers in the Netherlands in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Wet koop op afstand) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. For consumers in other EU countries, the withdrawal period and conditions may vary according to local law.

Conditions for returns

To make use of your right of withdrawal, you may be required to inform the seller in a clear statement within the withdrawal period and return the product in accordance with the instructions you receive. For products such as food supplements, returns may only be accepted if the packaging is unopened and undamaged, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Refund process

Once a valid withdrawal has been exercised and the returned product has been received or you have provided evidence of return, the purchase price will generally be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed. Shipping costs may be refunded or borne by you depending on the legal framework and the specific circumstances of the order.

Exceptions

Under Dutch law, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in certain circumstances:

  • If the product has been unsealed and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons
  • If you have explicitly consented to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal
  • If the product has been made to your specifications or clearly personalized

These exceptions are in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek). These exceptions do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under your local legislation if you are located outside the Netherlands.
